How long does it take to process an order?

Orders that are placed will take 24-48 hours to be processed.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please email support@rookline.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate before it is shipped.

How do I know if my order ships out?

You will receive a shipping email confirmation when your order ships out.

How do I track my order?

Once your order gets shipped you will receive a shipping email confirmation with tracking information.

Billing and Payment

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: American Express, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay. Also accepted, tee times at select courses in Georgia or the Monterey Peninsula.

How do I login into my account?

To log into your account, click on the "account" icon in the upper right corner. From here, you will be able to enter your login credentials.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, go to "Forgot your password?" in the login page. If for some reason that doesn't work, we're always here to help at support@rookline.com

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return & exchange policy?

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date as long as they are in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I process returns or exchanges?

Please visit our return portal here. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@rookline.com.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once items are received at the warehouse, they will be processed within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued in 7-10 business days.

What if my items are received damaged or defective?

Please email us immediately at support@rookline.com and we will get things resolved.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship same day. All orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Friday through Sunday will be processed the following business day.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes, you can ship to a PO Box.

What are the shipping options that are available?

We offer ground or expedited shipping.

Where do we currently ship to?

We ship to all 50 states, including the pro shop at your local course, if that is your preferred mailing address.

You can reach us at support@rookline.com. All inquiries will be answered 1-2 business days upon receipt.

Do you ship on holidays?

Our warehouse is closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

All orders that are placed on a holiday will ship the following business day.
The 2nd week of April we are open but always a little distracted Thursday-Sunday.
